Meijdam BV ships used CNC parts with the utmost care and attention. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and the destination.

For shipments to Europe and other destinations over 20 kg, a non-binding quotation will be provided in advance.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 0 to 3 business days, depending on product availability. The actual delivery time depends on the destination and may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation, including a tracking code if available, so you can monitor your shipment.
International Shipping & Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Meijdam BV always provides the correct export documentation for international shipments, including:
- Customs code (HS code / Taric code)
- Country of origin
- Invoice value
- Content description
Return Policy
Due to the specific and used nature of our CNC parts, as well as the fact that our products are primarily sold to business customers, returns are not accepted. We strongly advise you to contact us beforehand to verify technical specifications and compatibility so you can place your order with confidence.
Liability and Warranty
Our used CNC parts are carefully inspected and tested where possible before shipment.
Meijdam BV accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use or installation of delivered parts. Warranties are only provided within the limits of the law and where explicitly agreed otherwise. We advise you to inspect the received parts immediately upon receipt and report any visible defects within 48 hours.
